I love the variety - of events and activities, clients and locations.
I love the challenges - Understanding our clients and working with them to provide just the right experience - meeting people and forging new relationships - participating and enabling - leading teams and being part of teams.
And I love to look back at a job well done - at tired bodies and happy faces!

What is guaranteed to get your adrenaline pumping?
Hoonin' down a twisty mountain road on a stupidly light bike with only a couple of mil's of rubber contacting with the tarmac... remind me why I do that?!

Favourite place?  
Impossible to decide on a single place, however a high perch on the Black Cuillin ridge - Isle of Skye, takes some beating! But then the peace and quiet in my back garden with the views of our very own Lakeland fells is pretty good too!

Running on my favourite Lakeland fells - in crisp winter sunshine
