How it worked

A disparate group of coordinators who support an energetic sales team who are scattered across the country needed to feel like they are part of a team. Disembarking at Windermere railway station they boarded minibuses on a clue trail that ended at the start a sheep track leading into the mountains. Home for the night was an old quarryman’s cottage. The next team challenge was to transform this hut into a fully themed Mexican restaurant within an hour. Additional tasks included staging a punk hairstyle fashion show, karaoke and moustache/beard painting.
